Floor Clock is actually a
mechanical clock whose case made of wood
with a size similar to a cabinet.
Floor Clock is unique as it has three counter-weights and uses gravitation to operate the clock's mechanism. It does not require any external power source such as electricity, battery or solar cell.

Jamindo Utama uses clock movement which is imported from Germany. We also use only highest quality materials for the clock's accessories such as dial, pendulum, weight-shell, etc.
For the clock case, we use selected teak wood which have been oven-dried so that it is dry and solid.

There are 2 types of Floor Clock, which are GrandFather Clock (for the big size) and GrandDaughter Clock (for the small size). And each type of clock has their own unique models.
As explained previously, Floor Clock consists of two main components which are the clock's movement and its' case
Cheaper Floor Clocks use clock movement and accessories which are not original. These components can be easily corroded and start to discolor in 3-6 months.
Furthermore, cheaper Floor Clock's case use teak wood mix with other type of woods, They also use lower quality teak woods and have not been oven-dried. This can cause cracks or even damage after a shortwhile.
Normally buyers are unaware of the quality of Floor Clock, therefore they are tricked by the seller.
The Clock's case is made of wood with unknown quality. As for the Clock's movement, they are only using wall clock's movement which uses battery or wall clock mechanic system. For those who do not know about Floor Clock, they would be easily tricked with the much lower price. They do not realize that they are actually buying a wall clock placed inside a clock case.
